We have been providing professional Real Estate services to the communities of Oakhurst, Ahwahnee, Bass Lake, Coarsegold, Yosemite Lakes Park, North Fork, O’Neals, Raymond, Mariposa, Fish Camp and Yosemite National Park since 1976.

To that end, we maintain the largest inventory of active listings; belong to four (4) Multiple Listing Services (Yosemite Gateway Association of Realtors, Mariposa County Board of Realtors, Madera Association of Realtors and Fresno Association of Realtors, Our Bass Lake office offers Bass Lake Vacation Rentals, consisting of over 100 “lake front” and “lake view” vacation homes, as well as Bass Lake Real Estate sales. We are well connected with the Madera County Board of Supervisors and the management of the various Madera County Departments. Brad Ditton, Broker/Owner sits as a Commissioner on the Madera County Economic Development Commission and is a member of the “Community Block Development Grant Program.” We are the leaders of all local Real Estate organizations regarding community and real estate committee involvement, including representation on the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. A portion of our team of Brokers, Broker-Associates and Agents specialize in land development, commercial property and house construction. Several of our agents specialize in buyer representation. We own and operate offices in several of our local “market areas”.
